I was thinking, would it be beneficial to kitmakers to have a place where we could request and provide sponsorship logos. This would help people making kits in different styles. I am currently working on accrington stanley and cannot find a suitable high quality logo for combined stabilization, their sponsors. All i find on their site and google is a different logo to the one on the kits.
I don't know how other kit makers feel about this, I just thought it were an idea. Also means there is a way for people requesting kits to help by supplying suitable resources that can be used over and over.

It depends on your view Packmanch, if these are going to be ready cut ready to be placed onto a kit, I dont see the harm in a helpful thread like this one. A huge supply of sponsors would save a lot of kitmakers and potential kitmakers of fantasy kits a lot of time searching for sponsors. I would certainly use this thread to get sponsor gfx for kits I did to save me time trawling through google.

why making a topic when GOOGLE makes the job????
i see no point in it
a real kitmaker makes is own sponsors...if needed

I was just thinking it'd make life a hell of a lot easier, rather than say 3 people having to create their own sponsor logo from scratch, for 3 different styles. Like the logo i'm trying to do for accrington, taking and modifying from google to suit the one used on the kits. Sorry if you think its a dumb idea, just thought having ready cut logos would speed everything up, not only for real kits but fantasy kits, suitable to be resized for every style. Itd also give members something to do if they're unable to make kits, but want to contribute

What would make this good is if someone (or more than one) made a .RAR file of some sponsorship logos. I know that because this is my first post I might not get noticed/agreed with, but as someone who makes kits myself on other forums, its annoying to go through so many pages of Google looking for the logo that is just right for the kit you're making.

Hey Jonny, way to save the world!

I used to use set of logo's aswell, and all the ones I used so far are still on my harddrive. But I always tend to fall back on sites like seeklogo and brandsoftheworld as they have a search function to. So I also had the same idea for some kind of database but now I found out that I've never used it
