I make my own. I've got a set of 9 or 10 that I import and just tweak/dupicate to meet specific needs. I don't think there's a way where you can just have set schedules to import each time to get the most out of players. With regens especially, you have so many that are 20-20-20 technically, but have awful physical strength so they HAVE to go onto a fitness schedule. Then again, a defender and striker, both with poor fitness, will need 2 different fitness schedules.

Also, set piece specialists have their own individual regimes for me. Someone like Arteta or Van der Vaart would have high set pieces, where as on my "default" attacking + creative midfielder regime, they'd have quite a light set piece work out - just to maintain the crossing stat mainly.

It also varies with which team I am. In lower leagues I try and get a much more intensive fitness work out over technique etc as it then allows me to play at a really high tempo without as much fatigue kicking in. With a premier league team and a squad of 25 obviously this isn't an issue as much.

I've only used my own training schedules for FM2010, I'll probably be doing the same for FM2011 as well

Do you tweak them in game or just import with set catergories?

The standard download is set for Premier League standard training, so if I'm in a league outside the top leagues I'll adjust them slightly. I'll also adjust the wingback training to include a bit more defensive training for players like Faubert or Dodo.

They're working good so far, seeing a lot of improvement from my players with this training.
