I can't say anything but there amazing. I just wondered how do people get them cheap?

I have being quoted 60M, 50M for players. These are 18/19 year olds, so do i have to look for them at younger ages to get them cheaper?

I sign mine before they go off to big clubs. I have a few newgens who I've signed for £500k-£2m and will probably never make it, but that's the risk I have to make. Sign them young when you can get them for a lot less money!

i look for them at around 15 - 17 at Brazil as there usually at Corinthians, Santos and in Argentina Boca always have amazing newgens at like 16 year old technically amazing, but Denmark have a few brilliant defenders coming through atm - just get a lot of scouts from different countries and send them to their native country and then set the age to 15 - 18.

Thats where my problem lie, i had my scouts from 15-20 so they where producing a lot of older players. Although they are quality they are really costing me, show us your Regens then Jose.:ninja:

You have invested a lot of money into your regens very early on, especially as you are not that far in. They look quality, especially that striker with 19 pace and the defender with 20 jumping. What training did you get them?

Andrew Taylor, Danny Hancock, Kieran Parker and Brain Lewington were all from the academy, Scott and Olivier Knox were free's as they got released, spent £5m on Henrik Eriksen as it was his release clause then Madrid offered me £20m straight away which i obviously rejected, Manuel Gomes i got for £3.8m release clause and Man Utd want him already, Ramon Fernandez was only a mear £1m which a scout recommended, Ismael Kinik was free after getting released and he got player of the season from the fans last year, and Mathius Witzel was only £3k which was a simple buy which he was recommended :)

Gilson seems by far the most talented out of them, what do the scouts say about their potential?

Scouts have him at 4star potential, figure him to become immense. Very happy w/ the purchase. He will already be my second best ST by the time he arrives.

EDIT: Any tips on how I should try to develop him when he gets to my team would be great.
I'm figuring I'll just have Torres tutor him, and play him as a Poacher? I think he's going to be a special player, it may be hard for me to mess up his development :)

Ya, I'm hoping he can become the symbol of the club in the next few years. His potential keeps bouncing from 4.5 to 4 star, but I think he will be great no matter what. He's injured right now, so I think that might explain his 4star, his pace used to be 16 so I'm sure that will bounce back up soon.

I'm starting to brainstorm how I want to play him, he's clearly a special player and I'll have to arrange my formation around to him to get the best out of him.

I think the key is not to rush him back to playing from injury. Also give him a little easier training schedule to start with for couple weeks due to the injury and recovery. Don't make his schedule to physical either it may get very hard for him otherwise. Hopefully though in couple of years he will be a very talented player, however for now he is a very talented youngster.

On the other hand welcome to the site. How are you finding FM11? :)

He hasn't joined me yet, he's still with Boca, so hopefully they'll take good care of him before he arrives for me in the Summer.

I'm a convert from LW, thanks!
For me, FM11 has been the best yet, it's got a great blend of everything I enjoy in a management sim.
