Singular .RV - red version of singular skin

- Moved search box to menu bar.
- Logo and background appeared both side on title bar.
- Changed some of attributes colour.
- Flat tactic pitch.
- Other graphics are in red colour.

The skin is good, but I hope you could include the attribute polygon. That polygon really helps me in FM.

Why there's no Malaysia in Nationality section?
