Download an image reneame to paper_top_left and put them into:

C:\Users\XXX\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\skins\name of skin you use\graphics\boxes\dialog\sitv\


EDIT: I don't know for default, for default from FM I think you can't instal, but you can download a Default Skin on the internet and then put the SITV . ;

Guys my motherboard died on my laptop a few weeks ago so I won't be able to do any graphics for the moment. As soon as I get my data back from the hard drive and sort out PS for my MAC I'll be back in action.
