Well on previous games, there has always being a corner trick, or some way to get your defenders to bang goals in. Even in FML, any defender with good jumping was shoved up for every corner and he banged at least a goal per game. So i was wondering has anyone had a goal scoring defender on this version? Well the closest i have come is recently with Phil Jones for my Carlisle, he may not be prolific, but he scored 9 in all competitions last year. So far this season in October, including internationals he has scored 7 in sixteen games, which for a centre back is quality. So have you had any goal scoring defenders? Who has being your goal scoring defender? Do you recommend him?

A goalkeeper is technically a defender, so yes, I have. Hans-Jorg Butt is his name, and if you don't know why he's got goals, you're no football fan. Think he got 5 or 6. Should have had about 10 though.

I had Chiellini get 13 in all on FM2010, including a hat-trick in one game where i had 20 corners

im playing Jose Enrique left back for Newcastle and he's on back post for free kicks and corners and he's my joint top goalscorer with 8 in 18 games, although my 4 strikers are injured.

Andreas Granqvist: 27 goals in 36 appearances from DC. I think about 7 were penalties (penalty taking attribute: 18) and because of his 6"5' stature he scored almost every header at corners.

Anyone got any like Agger, scoring a couple from long range, rather than corners? It's still too easy to score stupid amounts from corners with Cbs (see above post).
