Ok I am going to quickly run through how to install all graphics onto Football Manager games. I dont know if this has already been done here, please forgive me if it has.

Kits:

1. Download the kit packs of your chosen style.
2. Extract the folders using Winrar or an equivalent program.
3. Open Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2011.
4. Either Open or Create a folder called "Graphics" , inside there create a folder called "kits".
5. Move the extracted kit packs into the "Kits" folder.
6. Start up FM and go to preferences.
7. Untick use skin cache and tick always reload skin upon confirm.
8. Start a new game and your downloaded Kits should be in game.

Logos:

1. Download the logo packs of your chosen style.
2. Extract the folders using Winrar or an equivalent program.
3. Open Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2011.
4. Either Open or Create a folder called "Graphics", inside there create a folder called "Logos".
5. Move the extracted logo packs into the "logos" folder.
6. Start up FM and go to preferences.
7. Untick use skin cache and tick always reload skin upon confirm.
8. Start a new game and your downloaded logos should be in game.

Faces:

1. Download the Face packs of your chosen style.
2. Extract the folders using Winrar or an equivalent program.
3. Open Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2011.
4. Either Open or Create a folder called "Graphics" , inside there create a folder called "Players".
5. Move the extracted Player packs into the "Players" folder.
6. Start up FM and go to preferences.
7. Untick use skin cache and tick always reload skin upon confirm.
8. Start a new game and your downloaded facepack should be in game.

Skin:

1. Download the chosen skin.
2. Extract the folders using Winrar or an equivalent program.
3. Open Documents - Sports Interactive - Football Manager 2011.
4. Either Open or Create folder called "skins".
5. Move the extracted skin into the "skins" folder.
6. Start up FM and go to preferences.
7. Untick use skin cache and tick always reload skin upon confirm.
8. Start a new game and your downloaded skin should be in game.

Good guide here Hammy. I was doing this last month on the Mac and it took a while to get things working properly :thup:

EDIT: I'd be happy to download new graphics/commentary etc. whatever for PES or FIFA to make it more enjoyable in a way, but I wouldn't trawl through the FM Editor making "West London Whites" Fulham FC, Middlebrook I don't know who that is. It was listed amongst the Premier League sides, so I assume it's one of the Midlands clubs.
