Have a look at Georges Mandjeck. He was pretty key for me when I was Cameroon and would probably be quite cheap.

Its just random I saw it on fm11 on a journeyman game I had but was working wonders at betis at the time. I finished 4th in my first season so not sure if that helped me alomg the way. I've noticed I seem to get news of a takeover every 4-6 days so not sure if it is the build/patch I'm using.
