The world knows how the tactic works in real life, yes. But implementing the tactic that Barcelona use onto Football Manager has proved to be near enough impossible, the main problem being the role Busquets plays, when attacking you'll see him drop back and act as a 3rd CB, allowing both wing-backs to push forward, trying to do this on FM isn't a easy task. Nor is getting the passing right, Xavi is known for making 100+ passes in a game, on FM you'll be lucky to get 70-80 most games.

Do you have any screenshots, to show that this tactic is indeed a 'Barcelona' tactic, and gets a team to play football somewhat like Barcelona? I personally very much doubt it, but I'd like to be proven wrong.

Team tactics are different from indivual tactical instructions Training is the key to apply the tactic succesfully .If you dont work well in the training its impossible to perform

as you want in the match .Apart from that its very easy to "manage" Milan or some other top team and to start to win .Most of users just leave some training schedules

without change them and they create 2-3 tactics and later ...Give me some help .Its not like this .This is playstation ,not football .In football you need to find new ideas ,you

need to know some things deeper otherwise do something else .Its not a matter of "right" its a real fact .I have the right to think that I am mourinho or lippi .But reality is

showing the truth .So I recommend to all the users to start to think deeper and not like hot dogs who play FM by using play station tactics and trainings .Its not a plug and

play game .It gives you huge potential to create and to express yourself as you want .I have make a project considering all of these so I definetely can show several

creative ways .Barcelona is not a virgin team which created from a miracle .All these xavoinistas and puyols work very hard and after several years of maturity they finally

started to play in such a fabulous level .Just consider how many years Barcelona is playing in such a top level .At least 4 .So think a little bit deeper in case that you want

to learn somethi ng new .If you dont ,play some bets or playstation .Anyway football is not a game that everybody can play in the same level .Mourinho thinks that he is

something like second God .So Ferguson needs to pimp whole england for his achievements Lets make this game better ,it give us the platform .Lets try to expand it .

Dont make this FM more hamburger .The sub culture of laziness has an end .Or maybe not ?
