These packs will show on the team and matchday screens and come in three different high quality sizes to fit the majority of monitors, 16:9(1920x1080), 16:10(1920x1200)and 4:3(2048x1536). They should also work perfectly on lower resolutions as well, check the key lower down in the post if you haven't a clue about all this screen resolution gash.

Extract to;

D:\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011/12\Graphics

or whichever folder your working faces, kits and logos are located

If you already have one of my packs extracted to the exact location above you'll be prompted to overwrite your folders when extracting the next pack and the pack after that and so forth, hit "yes to all" you wont lose anything its just adding the new pack into the file directory to keep everything neat and tidy.

Key for finding the right pack (if needed)

16:9 1920x1080, 1600x900, 1366x768, 1280x720.

16:10 1920x1200, 1680x1050, 1440x900,

4:3 2048x1536, 1600x1200, 1400x1050, 1280x960, 1152x864, 1024x768

To find out or change your screen resolution right click your desktop, select properties and then settings and you should see a screen resolution slidebar.

Next Pack;

Norway

Tippeligaen, Adeccoligaen + 11 other teams as well as all of the reserve teams of those sides automatically getting a picture of which there are about 9 or 10 in playable leagues. There are also 10 alternative pictures for certain teams if you aren't happy with my first choice.

Out of curiosity, how do these work (I'm studying for exams, so if I open FM it will be a disaster). Does the background come up when you play at a certain stadium or?

They'll show up on the team screen and on matchdays for each club you view or stadium you play at. or you can manipulate the config file to only show the pics on one screen or the other by opening it in notepad or getdiz and deleting all of the lines with either team or stadium in it.
