Has giving a player advice, or telling him to place his shots on a one-on-one for example helped?
It hasn't really worked for me in the past, but I hate it when a player says no to me that he won't do something!
What about you guys?

It came up in the backroom advice that Fernando Llorente should hit his shots with power, at first I was thinking fuck that but the assistant manager agreed with the coaches advice and he had the best goalscoring season in my time there.
Doesn't always pan out that way though.

Better to ask younger players to learn a new PPM. A couple of years ago (before a patch) you had to buy strikers with the places shot PPM to actually score more than 10 goals a season!

Always try and teach players PPM's that I find desirable. Or even unteach. For example, Fellani, has the PPM "gets forward whenever possible", which is not desirable in the role I want to play him in.
I think some people seriously underestimate the huge effect PPM's have on players in the ME.
