For FM12 I want to load weak leagues and have a long career, my problem this year was that when I got to the top of world football my career couldn't evolve further, so next year I want my strongest league to be other peoples weakest league, that way my career will always have room to evolve as I'll never, ever be at the top, but I'll always be striving for it.
So I want to load leagues like Paraguay, Costa Rica, Uzbekistan, Bosnia, what other leagues do you reckon could be good? Unfancied leagues( I would create or download those not in game) that could offer a good challenge, something different.

Ac - Was thinking of somewhere like Bulgaria, the biggest Euro nation I want to load would ideally have no real pedigree in Europe but the clubs still stand a wee chance of a Uefa Cup run.

I also love the idea of dominating Uzbekistan and trying for ACL glory with Bunyodkor, but I'd want to work my way up to the Bunyodkor, I wouldn't just want to start with Bunyodkor as that would be boring.
I'll also probably be abandoning Nationalistic Management, one of the things I've always enjoyed about FM is scouting, but with Nationalistic Management I can't really set up scouting networks. So next year I want to have a scouting network that covers my immediate area really well so I can snap up the best regional talent and sell them on. So if I manage in Costa Rica I want North and Central America covered by my scouts and hopefully some of South America.
I'll also avoid scouting regions, after some fannying on I've been having better results spreading a region's countries out across my scouts, so my scouts will be scouting two or three countries each that I choose, that way they don't waste their time scouting nations of little use.
TG - WHAT ARE YOU DOING? We'll get onto your problems later, this is the order of debate;

In real life 99% of clubs pay transfer fees over X amount of months and make full use of buy backs and sell on fee percentages.
In FM I never use monthly installments and I hardly ever make use of buy backs and sell on percentages. I want to change that just to make things more realistic. It will also allow me to make better use of my money, instead of blowing my budget on two or three players I could bring in five or six due to payments being stretched out.
And when it comes to selling players I could get a better deal. If I have a younger player who won't get games for me and who won't go on loan/clubs aren't bidding for him on loan, then I could sell him with a buy back, that way he could get games and I could bring him back if I wanted him. Sell on fee clauses would be of great use here as well as if I buy the player back he'll be cheaper than the agreed price(as I'll be saving X%) or if I choose not to buy the player back then I could make some money off any potential deal.
For too long my transfer dealings have been X amount upfront and that's it. I want to dabble in clauses a lot more.

Also SI need to implement more African leagues in general, places like Egypt, Nigeria and the like. Egypt is probably too big of a league for what you're aiming, but still, only giving us South Africa is a fucking pisstake every version.

Africa doesn't really interest me much right now, in a few months time that may be different though. Inspiration can come from some funny places.

Include India and as well as Indonesia and make it your aim to reach the peak of the Asian world with a club from one of those two nations.
Nigeria is a must as well in Africa as well.

I thought about Romania but again I think they might be too big, its not really a big deal when a Romanian team gets to the CL Group Stages, I want the best teams from my nation to make a huge deal out of getting to the CL Group Stages. Croatia is a maybe but I don't want too many Eastern European countries.
Nigeria caught my eye in Hendo's career, don't just want to load one African nation though, will look to load two or three if they catch my eye.
India holds no appeal, I loaded it this year, had a season and then realised that it still feels like I've done India to death even though the last time I played in India was FM06 or FM07 with East Bengal, but I did play quite a few seasons. It feels like I have no unfinished business there so there's no reason to return.
