DEAL , go for Ganso. In my game, Ganso is better than Pastore... although Pastore is paid 4 million per year, and Ganso gets 12

I agree. IMO, Ganso is better than Pastore, but both players are unbelievably talented.

True but so is ganso with all the respect is allot smarter, pastore is more a dribbler, but true 7 games 5 goals and 2 assists is a great start for javier.

Hey old friends.

Real Madrid want Suarez for 24m.
Napoli has Cavani on transfer list for 37m.

Cavani is far superior to Suarez in the game (well judging by stats), they are both similar players too. Should I sell Suarez for the 24m? Then offer Napoli for Cavani 15m up front and 22m over 12 months. As I won't have enough money initially. Or is it not worth it?

Suarez is only on 60k per week and Cavani will be asking like 120-160k.

I'd want to see the actual stats first. Would you be playing them in the exact same role?

My strike force in the first season was

Suarez (Treq+Att) - Carroll (Target Man+Att)

Suarez played 41 games scoring 13 goals and 16 assists.
Carroll played 38 games scoring 19 and 3 assists.

Not as much as I was hoping from Suarez, but I guess that was expected when he was primarily my play maker alternating with Gerrard/Adam. Which showed with his number of assists. Here are their stats start of second season

I don't see Cavani as a trequartista in a strikers role. It is suggested he should be played as a target man. With Cavani you are guaranteed heaps of goals though (he went 33 games 24 goals in league for Napoli). Plus I did sign Leandro Damiao start of season too. So could potentially have a strike force of Cavani and Damiao with Carroll alternating.

Financially it probably isn't the best choice though. However it doesn't seem like I have a real 30+ goalscorer.

I'd personally want to keep Suarez and sell Carroll but that offer's not on the table. Call me crazy but I'd keep Suarez in this case.

Unfortunately I doubt anyone would buy Carroll off me. Otherwise I would prefer to do that. Might just keep Suarez and pretend to buy Cavani and delay it until the window closes so Spurs don't get him :mrt:

Cavani is an amazing poacher. Play Suarez as Treq and you'll have goals galore.
