Bibi's Words of Wisdom:

The Carroll & Carragher pictures look much better than the first two, and for that reason you should add a guide to the PSD & amend the bolded text quoted above.

The aim should be to get as many pictures in the same style as possible. If a 2011/12 portrait photo isn't available, then you use a 2010/11 portrait. If neither of those are available then you use an action-shot as a last resort. There's nothing worse than having different photo styles mixed together. If I bought Ozil into a Liverpool team, his head would piss me off, even more than it already does, because of the different proportions.

If you look at the work ~~Vito Mannone~~ FD has done, he's kept the head sizes as constant as possible. If someone else comes along and contributes, the head proportions should be as close as possible otherwise you start to get one messy pack.

TL;DR: Add a few guides to the template Tundra.

Well, actually you're right about portrait pics.Sometimes I can't find some players portrait pictures like Lukaku and Romeu with Chelsea kit.But I can't use normal pics, I'm using with Chelsea kits but just with them heads.
