You can change the backgrounds when you load up your save; near the top right hand corner I think.

I have a few in my youth squad. One or two through my academy and poached the rest, can't seem to get screenshots working, prntscreen takes pic of my desktop

Switch to window version of the game,take screens and voila

Alt + F9. They then go into my documents > sports interactive > fm 2012 > screen shots

Thanks, it came with a readme of where to put it so had to create a "Skins" folder, ive also downloaded the team crests, what folder do i put them in? Thanks for that would +1 you if i could
