REMEMBER!
Increase the opacity to adjust ur need.

INSTALLATION:

• Extract to My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins (create SKINS folder if it doesn't exist)
  
• Run FM > Preferences > Display & Sound > untick 'use skin cache' and tick 'always reload skin on confirm'

NOTE:

• Use TRANSPARANCY bar (at BACKGROUND panel) to decrease or increase the transparancy of the background.
  
• To change player attribute color as u want, look at Preferences > Skins
  
• If u use some graphics and ur FM game become slow try to delete files inside CACHE folder at this directory C:\Documents and Settings\comp\Application Data\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\cache.

I'm apologize if u think I'm using ur button without ur permisson but how could I know if u are the creator of that button because I get it from other skin and I have been ask for permisson for using his button? So please don't blame and discredit me for the creation I made with much effort, thank's

Wow.

The home screen looks nice, the rest is too red.

Ill give it a go for sure, looks really nice. Most custom skins I find difficult to use though.

Red is a colour that should never be in the background of FM, you need something more calming and neutral.

Looks good on it's own though.
