Iv activated A-Division and added a reserve league with 2 groups
The database have 14 teams, but A-league officially holds 8 teams so there will be relegation and promotion to and from the inactive lower league.

In real life its a Invitational League but I have no idea if you even can do that sort of thing in FM so its a Normal league for now with no relegation.
I have included a reserve league for better youth development.
