Hi guys, welcome to my first FM12 career, in which I have chosen to take the job offer from Belarusian Third Division (Tier 4) side.

'Why them? Why not Barcelona?' I hear you ask. 'I mean I've never heard of them?'

Well, first off, ROUR have the best Youth facilities in the game, and very high training facilities.

Secondly, I love a LLM game/challenge, and this seems perfect. Also, this team means I will make a profit off youngsters and get lots of 5 star potentials in my academy :)

We also have a high reputation, so it will be easier to attract players.

And lastly, the league want the title -__-

How many players have you got for £485 p/week as you've got plenty left in the budget.

Well, these are my key players, their PA's are probably 14, but the league average is about 4, so they are 5 stars :D

I have a whole team, but my highest paid player is on £50 per week. Might make a few signings.

Moneys there to do so. You may aswell make some improvements so you've got a solid foundation to build on for next season should you get promoted.

End of Season (2011)

This year was a great season in which we only dropped 10 points. Im very pleased, and I hope we will secure back-to-back promotions :)

This season was nothing like last season, and we had ups and downs the whole way through, from the very first game when we went 1-0 down to a team who had no shots and only scored from an own goal, to thrashing league champions Zhelder 4-0. This season was certainly a struggle!

EXPECTATIONS

The minimum expectation was to win the title, and reach the third round of the Cup.

LEAGUE

Posted Image
Lots of losses, and we only reached the second round of the Cup. However there were some good wins, which kept up at 4th in the table.

Posted Image
We knew that we needed to get as many points as possible from the final matches otherwise we wouldn't achieve promotion and I would be sacked!

Posted Image
The end of the season was a surprise, as we managed to chinch promotion by just one point! My aim was 60 points, but we failed on that. I am just delighted to still be in the job after the promotion.

PLAYERS Our best player, and league top goal scorer Tsinkovic was wanted by BATE, who agreed a £550k deal for the Belarusian. The board intervened and accepted the offer for the side in debt. Posted Image
Also, are youth system finally paid off with Igor Dashkevic coming through. His stats are amazing and his is 2.5 stars with 5 star potential. Hopefully I can make some money off of him! Posted Image

A very good season this term. We only lost once all season and we went 21 games unbeaten in the league only losing a bad result to Granit 1-0 at home.

EXPECTATIONS

The minimum expectation was to win the title, and reach the fourth round of the Cup.

LEAGUE

Posted Image
Lots of draws, but our form picked up at the end of the season as we got quite a few wins in a row.

Posted Image
In the end we won by 13 points, however we only went top of the league in Mid-September.

PLAYERS Our best player of the season Ivan Belousov who scored 19 goals n 29 appearances since signing for a free transfer from league runners up Vedrich Rechitsa. Posted ImageAlso, our youth system has been working wonders as now we have 17 players with at least 3.5 star potential. Hopefully these players will be worth a few hundred thousand in the future. Posted Image and BATE are very interested in this guy who has improved to 3 stars still with 5 star potential at only 17! Posted Image
