Don't think I'll deviate too much from those leagues, we shall see. This could easily go from an attempt at having a realistic English manager career to me cruising the big leagues.

But for now we start at Bristol Rovers. First season is over, we finished 16th in League Two, they chopped their manager, offered me the job and I accepted. Will post up some Bristol Rovers shit in due course.

The two most important men at the club, beyond myself obviously;





Both will be retained. The Ast Man stays because of his club player knowledge, a new Ast Man coming in with no knowledge of players doesn't really help me. I need an Ast Man in the know so I can have a better idea of who to keep and who to let go.

The scout stays because he's good enough for this level and I'm struggling for betters or even equals.

Advantage of the new gayass quick scouting? I can send my scout out looking for released strikers and I get a massive list within one day.

Why oh why can't there be 'Quick' and 'Long' scouting trip options?

Quick scout = Reports in less detail, more room for misjudgement and missed players
Long scout = Reports in more detail, more reports and better judgement of players

Made the signings I set out to make, will add to the squad during the year with short term loans if I see fit.

My big name signing, hasn't impressed so far but luckily I have options down the left wing. So I'm not relying on him.
