A Scout who's probably the best defensive coach available (by stats) isn't interested. Nor is the Racing GK Coach who looks immense. Feck.

Started clearing out my staff.

Would've cost £1 937 000 to just terminate the deals, but mutually it only cost £952 000, so I saved £985 000. Tidy.

Cost effective process so far. Will post up results when I've hired the new boys.

Left in the lurch a little.

Brian McClair, Martin Meichelbeck, Justice Wamfor & Anders Storskov weren't interested in even negotiating.

Need to find a new First-Team coach who's good at Attacking. Two Coaches who are good mentally and a good fitness coach. FFS. Will probably just place adverts and hire the best for those places.

Better, but not perfect. Some coaches are performing in some of their really weak areas, so I'm going to toy with it myself a little and see what I can pull off.

Auto-assigned. Hadn't noticed it personally.

Re-did them myself, so went from 35.5* to 41* (out of a possible 45*).



Just went with whoever was strongest in each attribute, then re-distributed the remaining wherever they were strongest.

I couldn't be arsed, not that fussed.

Found a young coach who is mentally excellent, and his coaching is average but being young I have a feeling it'll improve. Tried to sign him and the board said no, and won't even let me ask for more coaches.

Can't bring myself to sack Cedric Carrasso within a month or two of signing him up, plus he's excellent and the best in the club tactics wise (on par with Boghossian). So I'll keep hold of him and keep an eye on this coach. Maybe try bringing him in as a Youth Coach for now.
