Plays at either AMR/L as the position needs a bit of heading for all the crosses. Gave him his first cap and he's been on fire ever since.

Another debutant for me, as you can see he's been excellent too (10 caps, 6 goals)

The Don! First caught my eye when viewing the squad. At a loss as where to play him as the AMC doesn't normally get enough goals to warrant a player of his quality. Been playing him at MC, where he breaks through and has been using his 20 finishing to good use.

So there's my GK, DC, DMC, MC, AMR, AML. These are the key players in my England squad currently. I have allot of players who are good but these chaps are the World beaters.

The 'would be' group of death. I say 'would be' as Germany are currently down in 18th in the World and Croatia should be dispatched with ease. Italy however, are 3rd in the World rankings and could sink me to 2nd in the group. It all rests on that game and if we can put goals past Germany & Croatia.

My first ever European Championship game on this save.
Took control of the match then proceeded to throw it away Ivory Coast style. Should've picked up all 3 points but I'm pleased not to lose against the 3rd best team in the World (we're 6th btw)
Next up is a big goal difference game against Croatia.

Steamrollered them! The only trouble is Italy beat Germany meaning if Germany beat me I'm out! The other problem is me weakening the Croatians by getting 3 players sent off and injuring another.
A win with enough goals should be enough to see us top.

Pickings.
Surprisingly Spain beat Wales to set up a clash with us in the Semis. Incidentally this is the 2nd time I have faced Spain in a major finals, the last coming in the World Cup of 2014 where my Ivory Coast side lost 2-3 after being 2-0 up.
Here's hoping to avenge that loss.
The other semi final is Holland vs Italy.

Incidentally this is exactly the amount of games I have been in charge for

Great win sets up my 5th final, first with England. And it's against Holland, I'm scared. Played against them 3 times with Ivory Coast and lost all games. I am hoping it's their players and not the formatio, otherwise I could be unstuck here.

Cheers boys.

5th final, 4th loss
I just can't beat this Dutch side, I think it may be the formation over the players. If so that's my fault.
The FA are happy enough so I am going to continue and go to the World Cup 2022 in Egypt.
Qualifying starts in a couple of months.

Damn Holland, you should have accepted their job offer!
Still very good job!
Still very good job!
Yeh I should have!
Although I wouldn't have won the African Nations with my beloved Ivory Coast.
For the World Cup qualifying I've been drawn with;
Croatia
Kazahkstan
Liechenstein
Slovenia
Ukraine
Croatia up first.
