Inspired by the LKP Action, Trinity and CMPierrot project I work on my own megapack for FM2012. Currently 12000 pics are in my game.

There is no default pic size requirement. However both action and portraits will be here with various sizes (depending on picture quality available). Once happy with the config.xml I will work through the megapack for the most common approach as presented below.

There is a simple white frame around the pics and I have used my own enhacement technics so it is not as simple as grabbing the pics

Because of some issues with panel formatting this has changed into the following (the formatting of the name tab is intentional for the purpose of auto team logo in game ):
