Brian Easton is a player who I have had on my radar for a good while now, having called him up to my Scotland team for the first time in FM2010.

As you can see he is almost the perfect full back, with good tackling (16), marking (14), crossing (11) and dribbling (12) attributes. He is also a very pacy player and possesses good stamina and has a good natural fitness level.

In my opinion he is a shoe-in for any Premier League team trying to break into the top 7 and at only 23 he can provide great service for years to come. His low price tag (he is available from only £275k) he is very sustainable as far as finance is concerned. Similarly his wage demands are very low with a £5.75k basic wage.

For the money Brian is well worth a look at. As you can see from his statistics he is ripping up pre-season with at least one man of the match performance and he could also have had another.

He's one of those bargain squad filler players you often see floating round the middle to lower Premier League teams.

As you say, for the money, you get a decent player.

Looked decent on FM10 when I was tracking him as Bournemouth manager in the Premiership. Average performances for Burnley and a £6 million price tag put me off him however.
