For me this has always been a sort of untouched area of FM, but now I'm seeing why this feature can be so useful.

Scenario:

I'm FC Cape Town, I am predicted 7th but my squad is terribly weak. I reinforce with two new strikers. After 10 games of the season one of my previous strikers demands 'more first team football'. In fear of disrupting morale I told him 'I'll give you a chance but you must work hard' or something like that. The striker goes on to nail 7 goals in the next 5 games.

Then another previous striker demands first team football, and again I tell him to work hard. He goes and smashes in 10 goals in 8 games.

Has anyone had any really good/bad experiences with using Private Chat? Share them here

Every time I did this my players came back and cracked the shits with me. I shall try it out soon though and report back as to how well it works
